With Eventide 3800, this was a part of matching pair.
Like Eventide, this picture is about nuclear destruction. The planets malform into atomic partciles as they orbit a central cone. Ribbons reminiscent of the symbol for radioactivity circle the Earth. The face cries pain and panic in a picture that is altogether darker than Eventide 3800.
