About Me: I am a self taught artist from the painting side but i have been drawing for many years. I have had an interest in surreal imagery for almost 30 years but only decided to start painting in 2001. I love the freedom it offers me and even though not all of my work's conform to the traditional ideals of Surrealism i am trying to create a new style of surreal imagery using forms from ancient cultural art and illusional art. I hope they make people look and think and i hope they inspire others to create.

Favorite Artists: My introduction to art was through seeing a picture of Salvador Dali's "Giraffe on fire" when i was around 11-12 years old, i was hooked, so Dali is my first love when it comes to favourite artists, i like many of the original surrealists, Magritte, Tanguy, Ernst and have seen works by many contemporary artists that are fantastic.
